A Bit About Me
Apart from my extensive and valuable work experiences with various prestigious hospitals and strong academic background, my keen interest in Orthopaedics and my unique patient-centric approach have made me achieve massive success throughout my career. I’m also very passionate about giving back optimum contributions to the medical field. I started my journey in 2002 as a senior registrar in the Orthopaedics department of the Apollo Hospital to learn more about the new scientific methods and advanced techniques of Orthopaedic surgery by assisting the senior surgeons. And I also started the department of Orthopaedics at GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research and attended International & National conferences, presentations and made a number of research publications. Core values have always been providing the best possible treatment to patients. They always enhance my knowledge by having a learning attitude and high respect, commitment, deals, and standards.

Since 2014 I have been the Senior Resident in Orthopaedics in the GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research. I have been the Deputy Director of Student Affairs of this institute since 2020 because of my high involvement in students affairs. I have organised various mentorship and student welfare programs for updating their knowledge.

As a precursor to starting off a medical college, I worked as a consulting orthopedic surgeon at the GITAM university health center, which later on amalgamated into a full-fledged medical college.

I have worked as a full-time Senior Consultant in the Orthopaedics Department of the R K Hospital from 2006 to 2011, where I have operated successful surgeries on the patients.

For a long time since 2005, I have been running my private practice, where I have successfully done over 3000 arthroplasty surgeries and 2000 trauma surgeries till now.

I worked as a Senior Registrar of the Orthopaedics Department of Apollo Hospitals from 2003 to 2005. I have had the opportunity to assist my senior consultants in enhancing my skills and knowledge.
